Early check-ins are possible; we can have our cleaning staff notify you as soon as your cottage is ready for you. You also may arrive early and enjoy the Adirondack chairs by the water while you wait for your cottage to be cleaned.

Late checkouts are possible; however, we can typically only extend an hour, as we remain booked and our cleaning staff need time to prepare for the next guest.

Our retreat is set on 57 private acres with half a mile of river frontage, offering a secluded and immersive nature experience. Each treehouse features a unique movie-inspired theme, creating a memorable stay that blends luxury, creativity, and the natural beauty of Sevierville.

Each of our five movie-themed treehouses is designed for couples (2 adults). For larger groups, The River Place main home offers accommodations for up to 4 adults in a 2-bedroom layout, or up to 8 adults when booked as a 4-bedroom wedding or group venue.
